This policy explains the general operation of paid subscriptions associated with SeriFlix International.
Subscription plans
Available plans, prices, billing intervals and benefits are displayed before checkout.
Currency
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, subscriptions may be processed in Brazilian reais (BRL). International currency displays may be estimates only; final conversion can vary by bank, card issuer, fees or taxes.
Recurring billing
Recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout until cancelled or otherwise terminated.
Activation
Premium access is normally activated after the payment provider confirms the required payment event.
Failed or overdue payments
An overdue account may enter a grace period. Premium access may later be suspended automatically and restored after successful payment confirmation.
Cancellation
Subscribers may request cancellation through available account tools or support channels.
Payment providers
Payments are processed by independent payment providers whose own terms and policies also apply.
